This old man was truly a challenge for me. He taught me a lot about anatomy in movement, weight placement and allowed me to be more aware old horse characteristics.
I also was very focused on the atmosphere this sculpture has. I wanted to capture an old horse relaxing on pasture, lazily scratching his leg. I was imagining he stands in warm, sunny weather. I think I managed to capture that, which I am so happy about!
At first he wasn’t meant to become an edition and was more of my own experiment, but due to biiiig interest on him, I decided to try release this old, imperfect sorraia in resin. I really hope that everyone who will buy Sajetan, will love him as much as I love him. He’s a big journey for me, my skills and my view of the horse as a being.

I'm okay with customizing my sculptures as long as they are not reproduced. Good luck with customization!
I also love seeing my sculptures in paintjobs, so if you have one that is painted/customized, I'd be happy to see it!
